Prospective Graduate Students

You have worked hard and have earned or are about to earn your bachelor's degree.  Perhaps you have been in the work force for some time now and you find yourself ready to move on to the next step in your career.  Maybe you want to go forward with an entirely new profession.

YOU ARE READY FOR THE NEXT STEP....GRADUATE SCHOOL.

 Your to-do list:

1. Search which advanced degrees allow for your desired career.

2. Research potential graduate schools in the areas in which you are considering attending.

3. Identify the necessary requirements for admission to the graduate program of your choice.

4. Polish your resume.  Be sure to add all relevant recent work experience and skills, volunteer activities, and special training.

5. Thoroughly prepare for the admission exam: GRE, LSAT, GMAT, or MCAT.
Give yourself time to earn the scores to not only gain admission but also potential scholarships!
We offer special personalized programs for each of the graduate exams for students all around the country.  Prepare with our experts from the comfort of your own home with our Graduate Exam Preparation Program and experience the guidance, strategies, and knowledge necessary to achieve your goals.

6. Contact graduate admissions at each of the schools to which you are applying to show interest and ask questions.  Get your name out there.

7. Secure at least three letters of recommendations from employers and past professors.

8. Carefully complete online applications.  Be sure to have at least two other people reread your applications to catch typos and provide feedback.

9. Perfect all essays and short answers required for each application.  Essays are arguably the most important part of your application because they allow your readers to see who you are.  Consider our Application Essay Writing Program to ensure you stand out above all other applicants.

10. Remember, once you gain acceptance to the graduate program of your choice, our tutors provide lessons in your graduate courses, in addition to test taking, paper writing, test anxiety reduction, and study skills.

11. **We at Kugler Counseling & Tutoring Services can help with every step along the way.  We even offer our unique Online Webcam lessons so, no matter where you are in the country, we can be there with you along your academic journey.  Technology is a wonderful thing!
